Your time spent with our team is completely free, with no obligations to make any purchases unless you are ready. From your researched data, one of our expert staff would discuss the various potential options with you.

(During the consultation session, we'll also discuss your goals and riding objectives and how you would like to feel on this new bike, etc.)

Decisive Conclusion

Hopefully, we'll come to a decisive conclusion for your next custom built bike, after determining your goals, objectives and reasonable budget.

Concierge Shopping

This is the exciting part, where you make the purchases from any online bicycle retailer. We are happy to assist you, for free, by accompanying you during all your online purchases here at The Bike Butler. Or choose to purchase your parts and accessories locally through our concierge shopping service.

At The Bike Butler, we’ll equal the price offered by any online retailer plus 15% for shipping, GST and concierge handling. All products purchased locally or over the internet through us, come with manufacturers’ warranty.

Concierge Custom Build Service

At the same time, we'll fill out The Bike Butler custom build form on your behalf so that we have every corner covered before your unique build begins.

Pre-payment

From here your products are ordered and payment made to the online retailer.

The bike Butler collects a $100 deposit for the build and parts ordered locally, where applicable.

Order shipped to The Bike Butler

We highly recommend that all your online purchases be shipped to our business address, for your convenience.

Assembly and Bike fitting session

All purchases arrive. The bike is assembled by an on-site professional mechanic.

Collection and Final Payment

The custom build is test ridden and completed. You then pay the balance for the build.

1st Service package on the house

Every custom bike built by The Bike Butler, receives a free The Butler Inspection service valid for 1 month from the day you receive it.

Warranty Service (where required)
